Monaco in 2018 decided to ban all the vehicles running on fossil fuels. This created a void in the transport system, which needed to be filled with an environmentally friendly system. A cab company dedicated to saving the environment and running only electric vehicles approached MediaAgility with a vision. Given the inclined geography of the country, roads are not always the best way to get around. the cab company wished to make people aware of the public elevators, electric scooters and other facilities available. They also wanted to promote sharing of the cabs
first of all the flows, a consumer might execute were plotted on the whiteboard and then the critical parts were identified. for example, the most critical part in the high-level user journey below was to
first, guide the user to the right public transport and maybe cross the language barrier and
Second, to show all the options in the aptest way so that the user can make a quick and informed decision
All the participants were asked to create concepts and then the winner was chosen, by the decision-maker himself.
The winning concept was prototyped and tested with users. when the users could perform the critical tasks without making any mistakes, the concept was further developed into a full app and then handed over to the client.

As a result, the first approved prototype of the app was ready within 3 days.
Since this was the first ever platform to integrate all forms of transports including electric scooters and elevators, it was estimated to help reduce fossil fuel usage by 20-30%. Since fossil fuel vehicles were going to be banned anyway, this platform was supposed to keep the country running.
